As colors do tend to vary on different monitors, this will ensure you are getting what you want and will provide you with an opportunity to make sure the products go with the color selections in your decor at home in your own lighting!
We guarantee our quality is of the highest standards. However, if you are not pleased with your product, please feel free to return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus the costs of shipping and handling. The products should be in the original unopened package to avoid a restocking fee. If opened, we will still accept the merchandise back if it is in resalable condition and you will receive full refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any items that are not returned in new, resalable condition. We are aware that although we try to avoid mistakes, they do happen. Please make us aware of any problems with your order or merchandise immediately and we will work to rectify the situation on a priority basis. Should any order be damaged upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours with return and replacement instructions. To protect you, the consumer and us, the provider during the shipping phase, we require a signed receipt upon delivery. This is due to the value of our merchandise. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide us with can accommodate this requirement. If damage occurs during shipping and is visible, please refuse the package and contact us via email or our customer service department through our toll free number. Since all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, all packages will be shipped through a fully insured, track able company. This will ensure protection for you.
